Can I see a lead’s full lifecycle?
Yes. Intake, every routing decision (including why ineligible buyers were skipped), the distribution waterfall, the delivery result, and the final disposition can all be queried.

Is reporting real-time?
Reports read current records from the application database. The time a result appears also depends on when the event is recorded and the report refreshes.
Can I export raw data to my own BI tools?
Yes, two ways: CSV export and a documented REST API, with an OpenAPI spec that is checked against the live API as part of each release.
