Buyer Portal
Give buyers a workspace for the leads and calls they buy
Let buyers take calls, work leads, manage permitted contract settings and follow orders, spending and outcomes from a branded portal.
How it works
- 1
Join your network
Invite a buyer or enable a branded signup form. Configure custom questions, terms and automatic or manual approval. Package purchases can also lead into the setup wizard assigned to that product.
- 2
Receive and work opportunities
Buyers see the leads and calls their account is allowed to access. Enabled call agents can set availability, answer through the browser or a configured phone destination, and record the outcome.
- 3
Manage the relationship
Keep contracts, permitted delivery edits, orders, reports and account contacts together. Buyers can invite teammates with assigned permissions instead of sharing one login.
See the buyer’s side
From questions to a clear next step
Watch a buyer choose states, set a daily cap and pick delivery in a real setup flow.
You define the setup
You attach the supported steps to the product’s wizard.
The buyer supplies the answers
A setup link opens the steps for the product the buyer bought.
Your team finishes the setup
API delivery still needs integration work. Funding, contract state and any pending call setup still apply.

- 0–12 seconds: A fictional buyer workspace shows the available lead products. This demonstration does not place an order or charge a card.
- 12–26 seconds: The buyer opens a prepared setup flow and selects the states where they want to buy leads.
- 26–38 seconds: The daily-cap step collects the buyer’s volume limit.
- 38–50 seconds: The buyer selects delivery. An API webhook choice needs the operator to set up the integration.
- 50–60 seconds: The buyer reviews the terms. The recording stops before activation or notifications. Operator integration work and final checks still apply.
From available to wrap-up
A call agent needs to know when they can receive a call, what is happening now and when they are ready for the next one.

Browser and phone delivery
Browser answering requires enabled call access, a connected portal session and microphone permission. A configured phone destination supports phone delivery. Availability follows the live session and the current call state; signing in alone does not make a buyer available for calls.
Keep the current call visible
On supported desktop Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome, the floating call window keeps call controls and context visible while an agent works elsewhere. The portal can also be installed like an app. Installation does not keep an agent available after the portal is closed.
Finish the call before taking another
The wrap-up flow keeps the agent unavailable while they record the call outcome and notes. Draft outcomes stay with the call, and clicking Go Available is the clear signal that the agent is ready for the next call.
See activity and eligible returns
The call activity feed shows opportunities and outcomes available to that buyer. Where the contract permits it, buyers can request a lead or call return, including eligible dead-air calls. Instant settlement versus review follows the configured return policy.
Self-service with clear boundaries
Choose which actions belong with the buyer and which stay with your operators.
Contracts and delivery settings
Expose the contract settings buyers are allowed to edit, including permitted targeting, capacity and delivery preferences. Menus and pages adapt to the account’s lead, call and conversion capabilities. API/webhook delivery can still require your team to configure the integration.
Orders, funds and reports
Buyers can follow prepaid lead or call orders, remaining inventory, charges and enabled reporting. Balance-funded activity and prepaid products use different funding models. Export and personal-data visibility follow the user’s permissions.
Account owners and teammates
A person who self-registers an account becomes its owner. Invited users retain their assigned access. Team invitations, personal-data (PII) visibility and export permission let you support managers, agents and analysts without giving everyone identical access.
Help inside the workspace
Role-specific help, account-team contacts, the portal tour and What’s New show buyers the next step. Supported passwordless sign-in includes magic links, Google and passkeys; tenant authentication and session settings govern access.
What your account needs
An active buyer membership is required. The operator controls portal menus, permissions and enabled modules. Browser call taking also needs the parent call modules, buyer call access, working audio and a contract set up to route calls to that buyer. Orders and checkout depend on the product module and payment configuration. Usage charges remain separate from portal access.
Frequently asked questions
Can buyers edit every contract field?
No. The portal exposes the fields and actions allowed for that buyer. Your operators retain control over restricted settings and integrations that require administrative setup.
Does installing the portal make an agent available all day?
No. Availability requires the supported live portal session and its connection. An installed shortcut does not keep a closed or disconnected portal available for calls.
Is the guided tour the same as the onboarding wizard?
The tour explains the workspace. The configurable setup wizard collects the targeting, caps, delivery choices and terms assigned to a purchase or offer. They serve different purposes.
Can each buyer invite their own team?
Authorized buyer users can invite teammates into their own account. Membership and permissions determine what each teammate can see, export and manage.
