Lead routing built for the AI age. Phonexa bundles 9 products and expects you to hand-configure every one of them. Lead Router ships with an AI agent that sets up campaigns, optimizes routing, and flags problems before you see them. Same routing engine. Different century.

Architecture
TL;DR
Four things that matter most when you're deciding between these two platforms.
Lead Router
Lead Router has an AI agent that configures campaigns, monitors delivery health, forecasts volume, and alerts you to anomalies. Phonexa gives you dashboards and expects you to watch them yourself.
Phonexa
Phonexa has predictive modeling and AI call agents. It does not have an AI that configures and runs your platform for you.
Lead Router
One platform. Lead routing, call tracking, and messaging are native - not modules bolted on. When something breaks, there's one place to look.
Phonexa
Nine separate products bundled into a suite: LMS Sync, Call Logic, E-Delivery, Cloud PBX, Lynx, Opt-Intel, HitMetrix, Books360, ValidRecord. More surface area, more complexity.
Lead Router
SOC 2 and HIPAA certifications are in progress. But the architecture is already in place: encryption, audit trails, platform-enforced compliance floors. Day-one readiness, not a future promise.
Phonexa
SOC 2 Type II certified. No HIPAA. No BAA available. Compliance stops at the platform level - what your tenants do with it is uncontrolled.
Lead Router
Usage-based. Every feature is included. No setup fees, no per-minute call charges, no tier unlocks. You pay for volume, not capabilities.
Phonexa
$250-$1,000/mo base plans. Add a $500-$2,000 setup fee, per-minute call charges, and usage-based module fees. Real mid-volume cost lands at $1,100-$1,500/mo.
Why This Matters
Nobody wants to hand-configure 200 filters, watch 15 dashboards, and manually adjust caps at midnight. That era is over.
Describe what you want. The AI agent reads posting specs, configures buyers, sets filters, and builds the campaign. Minutes, not days.
Continuous health checks on every buyer endpoint. Latency spikes, error rate changes, and acceptance drops get flagged before they cost you money.
The agent watches conversion patterns and suggests routing adjustments. Price floors, cap allocation, distribution weights - tuned automatically.
Volume predictions by vertical, partner, and time window. Know what is coming before your buyers ask.
Anomaly detection across every metric. Revenue drops, quality shifts, delivery failures - you get notified the moment something changes, not when you check a dashboard.
330+ API routes with full OpenAPI spec. Any AI agent or automation tool can read, configure, and optimize your entire routing setup programmatically.
Phonexa has predictive modeling and AI call agents. They do not have an AI that configures and runs your platform for you.

Suite Breakdown
Phonexa sells 9 separate products as a bundle. Here is what each maps to in Lead Router - and what we left out on purpose.
LMS Sync
Lead management system
Lead Router core - more granular routing, atomic caps, hybrid distribution
Call Logic
Call tracking and routing
Lead Router Calls - native, multi-provider, no Cloud PBX dependency
E-Delivery
Email marketing
Lead Router Messaging - native email and SMS in one place
Cloud PBX
Hosted phone system
Not included. Not needed for lead routing.
Lynx
Click and affiliate tracking
Not included. Use a dedicated click tracker.
Opt-Intel
Consent and suppression
Built into compliance floors and dedup engine
HitMetrix
Behavioral analytics
Not included. Use a dedicated analytics tool.
Books360
Automated accounting
Built-in CPL/CPA financials with separate tracking columns
ValidRecord
Email and phone validation
Built into the fraud prevention engine
Why we left some things out
Cloud PBX, Lynx, and HitMetrix are excluded deliberately. Lead routing operators already have tools for click tracking and behavioral analytics. Bundling them into the routing platform means you pay for things you either already have or don't need - while the price of the routing engine itself gets harder to see. Lead Router stays focused on routing. Bring your own click tracker.
Pricing Comparison

Additional Costs
Setup fees: $500 - $2,000
Per-minute call charges on top of plan
Usage-based fees for high-volume modules
Some integrations require higher tiers
Real mid-volume cost:

Lead Router
Usage-Based
All features included at every tier
All features included - no tiers, no gating
No setup fees
No per-minute call charges
No hidden usage fees
Pay for volume, nothing else
What this means in practice:
A startup and an enterprise both get hybrid distribution, atomic cap enforcement, the full OpenAPI, and AI-assisted configuration on day one. The price scales with volume. Not with which features you need.
Decision Guide
Both platforms are real products. The right choice depends on your specific requirements.
Consider Phonexa if
You need Lynx-style click tracking
Phonexa's Lynx product handles affiliate click tracking and heatmaps. Lead Router does not have this and won't in the near term.
You want 30+ native integrations out of the box
Phonexa has native connectors to Salesforce, HubSpot, Facebook Lead Ads, and major call centers. Lead Router is API-first - you wire integrations yourself.
You need AI call agents today
Phonexa has AI-powered call routing agents now. Lead Router has this on the roadmap.
You want a mobile app for day-to-day management
Phonexa has a mobile app. Lead Router is browser-only right now.
You want a single vendor for 9 products
If you're currently buying click tracking, email, accounting, and validation from separate vendors, the Phonexa bundle simplifies your vendor list. There's real value in that.
Choose Lead Router if
Compliance is non-negotiable
HIPAA, BAA, and platform-enforced compliance floors. Phonexa has SOC 2. Lead Router has the architecture for both - plus floors that protect your entire tenant ecosystem, not just your own account.
You need hybrid distribution
Cap distribution to exactly N buyers per lead. Not exclusive, not all. Your offer has 8 matching buyers and you want the top 3. Lead Router does this. Phonexa routes exclusive or all.
Atomic cap enforcement matters to you
Two leads arrive simultaneously at 49/50 cap. On most platforms, both pass. Lead Router's atomic enforcement stops this. No oversell, no refund disputes.
You need multi-tenant architecture
License to multiple agencies with full data isolation, per-tenant branding, and superadmin impersonation. Phonexa has partial multi-tenancy.
You want usage-based pricing with no feature gates
Every feature at every tier. No upgrade-to-unlock surprises. You pay for volume.
You need a full OpenAPI
330+ routes, every entity, every operation, documented and versioned. Phonexa has partial API coverage. If your ops team automates workflows, this matters.
PII redaction at the field level is required
Block specific admin users from seeing specific fields. Field-level redaction by role. Phonexa has partial PII controls.
Only on Lead Router
Not features in progress. Capabilities that don't exist anywhere in the Phonexa suite.
Phonexa gives you tools. You still have to operate them. Lead Router has an AI agent that reads posting specs, configures campaigns, monitors delivery health, and adjusts routing - so you can run a 50-buyer operation with a 3-person team.
Cap distribution to exactly N buyers per lead. Your solar offer has 8 matching buyers but you only want to sell to the top 3 bidders. Lead Router handles this natively. Phonexa routes exclusive or all.
Two leads arrive at the same time when a buyer is at 49/50 cap. Other platforms let both through - they check the cap before either is committed. Lead Router uses atomic enforcement. Only one passes.
If you run 5 agencies on Lead Router, compliance floors stop any of them from disabling 2FA, weakening passwords, or turning off audit logging - even as their own admin. Phonexa has no equivalent control.
A lead DQ'd by premium buyers (credit score too low) routes to a sub-prime DQ contract at a lower price instead of getting discarded. Revenue from leads most platforms throw away.
Lead Router only records a sale after confirmed delivery to the buyer's endpoint. If the buyer's server returns a 500, there's no charge and no refund dispute. Most platforms charge on routing.
If buyers pay $25 CPL and $200 CPA on conversion, Lead Router tracks both in 9 dedicated columns. See your real margin across both revenue streams without a spreadsheet.
