We pulled this data from each competitor's public pricing page on 2026-04-20 and saved the raw HTML. Credit where due: Ringba, Boberdoo, CallRail, and LeadsPedia publish prices you can budget against without a sales call. Phonexa, Invoca, and ActiveProspect list tiers or per-action rates but do not show a full monthly price. Marchex has no pricing page. We could not load LeadByte's pricing page over standard HTTPS, and it has no Archive.org snapshot.

Call RTB ping cost: Free

Call RTB (real-time bidding) pings are included on Lead Router. There is no separate access fee and no per-ping charge. Ringba lists real-time bidding in its custom-priced Enterprise plan; contact Ringba for a quote. Call RTB is in controlled rollout. We turn it on for each approved account. Call minutes and numbers are billed at the rates above.

Common questions

Plan and credits

Are there setup fees?

There is no required setup fee. The plan includes help with basic setup. Paid support tiers offer extra help, including done-for-you setup. Enterprise includes help with moving from another platform.

What happens when I use up my included credits?

You keep going. Usage past the 1,000 credits in your plan is billed at the same published rates, 1 credit = $0.01. Top up any time from inside the app, or turn on auto-recharge so your balance refills itself. Topped-up credits do not expire. Use the calculator above to see what a month at your volume costs.

Do you offer a free trial?

No. The plan starts at checkout and includes your first month of credits from day one. You can cancel anytime, and there are no cancellation fees.

Leads

Is there a cap on leads?

No. There is no monthly lead cap. Route as many leads as your buyers can take. Lead usage costs $0.50 per 1,000 lead posts and $0.30 per 1,000 pings, billed in credits once a day.

Calls

How are call minutes billed?

Call minutes use credits from your plan at $0.05 per minute for call tracking and $0.50 per minute for AI dialing. These are the published rates shown above.

Do you charge for call RTB pings?

No. Call RTB (real-time bidding) pings are free. There is no separate RTB access fee or per-ping charge. Call minutes and tracking numbers use the published rates above. Call RTB is in controlled rollout, so we must turn it on for your account. Form-lead pings are a separate service, priced at $0.30 per 1,000 pings.

Is call tracking an add-on?

No. Call tracking and routing are part of your plan. Call usage draws credits from your balance at the published rates.

Buyer payments

What does it cost to sell leads to my buyers through the platform?

A platform fee of 3% on what your buyers pay you, plus Stripe's own card processing rate. Stripe charges card processing on your Stripe account, so you see it on your own Stripe statement. Buyers pay under your brand and the money settles to your bank. If you bill your buyers outside the platform, this costs you nothing. The fee only applies to payments taken through the platform.
