Credit where due: Ringba, Boberdoo, CallRail, and LeadsPedia genuinely publish prices a prospect can budget against without a sales call. Phonexa, Invoca, and ActiveProspect list tiers or per-action rates but gate a meaningful total monthly price. Marchex has no pricing page. Common questions

Are there setup fees?+
No. Every tier includes onboarding and configuration assistance at no additional cost. If you need white-glove migration from a legacy platform, Enterprise includes dedicated migration assistance as part of the plan.
Do you charge per-minute for calls on top of the base?+
No. Call minutes are included in your tier (500 on Starter, 3,000 on Standard, 15,000 on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise). Overage is priced transparently at $0.015 to $0.03 per minute depending on tier. Most call-tracking vendors mark up telephony by 100 to 300 percent on top of their platform fee. We do not.
Is call tracking an add-on?+
No. Native call tracking and call routing are included at every tier. Most competitors either gate call tracking behind a separate product tier or require a separate vendor integration (which you then pay for twice).
Can I exceed my monthly lead count?+
Yes. Overage is billed at the tier rate shown on each plan. No caps, no throttling. If you routinely exceed your tier, we will suggest moving up so you capture the included-volume discount.
Do you offer a free trial?+
Yes. Starter, Standard, and Growth include a 14-day free trial (no credit card required). Enterprise trials are scoped as part of the sales conversation.
Can I change tiers later?+
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No retention fees, no cancellation fees.
What about BAA or SOC 2 report access?+
BAA on request for Growth and Enterprise (healthcare operators). SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress; report access will be available to Enterprise customers under NDA once attestation completes.
Why publish prices when competitors do not?+
Because opaque pricing exists to extract more from buyers who can afford it. We picked usage-based pricing and then priced it competitively against the industry. Publishing it out loud means we live with the tradeoff. Buyers who would rather negotiate are welcome to talk to sales for Enterprise terms.
