Changelog

Everything new in Lead Router — features, improvements, and fixes across lead distribution, call tracking, and messaging, newest first.

August 2026

New

Returns: one path for leads and calls, instant or reviewed

Every return — a lead a buyer sends back, a call that should not have been billed, a CPA conversion that fell through — now goes through one place and takes one of two exits: settle right away, or wait in the refund queue for an admin. Calls can be returned for the first time, from the buyer portal and from the admin call page, with the same money handling leads already had.

New

Revenue Weighted routing: fill every buyer, lean toward the earners

A new pair of distribution rules for offers where you need to keep several buyers supplied and still send more of the volume to the ones paying you most. Revenue Weighted measures exactly the same revenue as Highest Revenue Per Lead and Highest Revenue Per Call, but instead of handing the top spot to one buyer it gives every eligible buyer a share of the traffic in proportion to what they earn.

New

Route by observed revenue: Highest RPL / RPC distribution rules

Two new distribution rules rank your buyers on what they have actually paid you recently, not the price they contracted at. Highest Revenue Per Lead measures sale price plus converted CPA per lead; Highest Revenue Per Call measures connect and duration charges plus converted CPA per call. A buyer with a headline price who rarely converts drifts down the order on its own, without you renegotiating anything.

New

Build a landing page with AI — now a guided, four-step prompt builder

The Copy AI builder prompt button now opens a short wizard that tailors the prompt before it lands on your clipboard: how the page asks its questions, whether it teaches the topic, which click tracker to wire in, and which legal pages to link. Every step is skippable, and skipping all four copies exactly the prompt you got before.

New

Let a buyer set the price on their own conversion postback

Buyers can now send the CPA amount on the conversion postback when you enable it on the contract — useful when the value of a conversion varies per case. You set a minimum and a maximum, and anything outside that range is refused rather than charged.

New

A help centre written for buyers, and the people behind their account

The buyer help centre is now a buyer guide, not the admin manual with a filter on it — written in their voice, cut down to the pages their own portal actually carries, and reachable from a help hint on every page. Buyers can also see who to contact about the things the portal will not let them change.

Improved

The buyer portal now names things the way buyers ask for them

Billing, SKUs and Transactions are now Buy More, My Packages and Payment History — and each page holds what its name promises. Nothing moved address: the same three pages, the same links.

New

Tailor what each buyer sees in their portal

The buyer portal now shows a buyer only what they actually bought. A call-only buyer gets call stats and a call history instead of lead pages they can never fill, and you can hide individual menu items per tenant, vertical, offer or buyer.

New

Choose what new users can see and download

Two new settings decide what a user starts with when you invite them: whether they can see customer contact details, and whether they can export data. Both default to closed, and the setup wizard now asks about them directly.

Fixed

Report exports now respect the data-export permission

The six report export downloads did not check whether a user was allowed to export, so someone with export withheld could still download a report CSV. All export routes now enforce it.

Improved

The platform guide now explains the whole journey of a lead

The guide walked through routing in nine short steps and skipped how data append works, where a buyer's price comes from, and how the waterfall is built. It is now three sections walking the whole journey end to end.

New

Offers now choose whether their leads go into Messaging

Each offer has a switch on its Integrations tab: "Add this offer's leads & calls to Messaging". It is off on every offer, including existing ones — leads only become messaging contacts once you deliberately turn it on.

Improved

Integrations now show which fields they add to your leads

Every integration already told you which lead fields it needs. Now it also tells you what it gives back — the exact field names that become available in filters, lead scoring, and reports once the integration is on.

Improved

VeracityHub upgraded to Soft Pull v3

VeracityHub replaced its debt pre-ping with a soft credit pull. Leads now come back with an identity match, credit-card debt, mortgage and collection balances, and a credit score — and you can reject on any of them.

Improved

Integrations now show which lead fields they need

Every built-in integration now declares the lead fields it requires to run — visible on the provider detail page and as a compact "Needs:" line on the offer Integrations tab — so a check silently skipping leads that lack a field is no longer invisible.

New

VeracityHub debt qualification provider

Qualify debt leads before routing with the new built-in VeracityHub integration: connect with one click, opt in per offer, and auto-reject leads that fail qualification or fall below a threshold. Results land as veracity_* fields you can use everywhere.

New

Multi-rule call billing with per-rule revenue events

Contracts can now bill every pricing rule a call qualifies for, not just the top one. Set the billing mode to Multiple and each met duration tier fires its own call.billed revenue webhook, with a charge policy that either sums all met tiers or charges only the highest.

Fixed

Skipping the optional support offer now always continues setup

A temporary support-preference update failure can no longer leave a newly onboarded administrator stuck on the optional support screen.

Fixed

Field help "Learn more" links open in a new tab and land on the right section

The "Learn more" link on a field help bubble no longer navigates away from a half-filled form, and now scrolls to the exact heading that documents the field instead of dropping you at the top of the manual.

New

Call attribution is now available throughout reporting and webhooks

Inbound calls now keep their own marketing attribution, including UTM values, click IDs, and sub IDs, so teams can analyze and forward attribution without depending on the original DNI impression.

Improved

Offer detail split by channel: Contracts, Lead Routing, Call Routing

Offer detail no longer mixes lead and call settings in one place. Contracts is now its own tab — link buyers once, channel-neutral, with a badge showing whether each contract takes leads, calls, or both. Lead Routing and Call Routing then each answer only one question: how that channel picks winners. If you had the Routing tab bookmarked, it now opens Contracts.

Fixed

Call-only contracts no longer receive leads

A contract set up for calls only — call routing on, with no lead pricing or lead CPA — could still win a lead it billed nothing for and had no delivery method to receive. Lead routing now skips these contracts and records the reason on the lead trace.

New

Dial-by-dial timeline on the call Routing tab

The call detail Routing tab now shows every dial attempt — who was called, when, how long it rang against the configured timeout, and a plain-English verdict. A caller who hung up while the buyer was still ringing is now clearly distinguished from a buyer who let the call ring out.

New

Real-time call webhooks with duration thresholds

Webhooks can now fire at every stage of a call — when it comes in, when a buyer is dialed, when they answer, and when a minimum talk time is reached. The event picker is grouped by category, and call-duration webhooks get their own threshold and timing anchor.

July 2026

New

Multi-currency accounts

Your account now has a transactional currency — GBP, EUR, and CAD accounts price, charge, and display everything in their own currency. Buyer checkout, balances, reports, exports, and partner postbacks all follow your account currency automatically.

New

In-app support with live team chat

Open a support request from anywhere in the admin and chat directly with our team. Every request gets a ticket number, replies land back in your conversation, and My Requests keeps the full history.

New

Custom HTTP prescreens

Build your own outbound prescreen integration with no code: define the request URL, method, headers, and parameters, map response values to accept or reject rules, and enable it per offer.

Improved

Email template builder: edit in place, style everything

Text and header blocks are now editable directly on the canvas with a formatting toolbar and merge tags. Every block gains a Style section, and a global Template Styles panel sets fonts and colors across the whole template.

New

Image library for email templates

Upload images once and reuse them across every template. Image blocks get a Browse library picker with drag-and-drop upload and automatic alt text.

Improved

Automatic SMS cost protection

A single curly quote or emoji used to silently quadruple SMS cost by flipping the message to 70-character segments. Message bodies are now normalized to the standard SMS character set before sending, and the segment counter shows the real cost.

New

Monthly credit subscriptions and API metering

Subscribe to a monthly credit tier sized to your usage, and see API calls metered against your credit balance with daily aggregation — no surprise line items.

Improved

Webhooks: fully custom JSON bodies

POST webhooks can now send a fully custom JSON body template instead of the standard payload — available on every admin webhook surface and in the partner portal.

Improved

Intake centers: credential sync and email delivery

Push delivery credentials from an intake center to all of its linked contracts in one click, and deliver sold and DQ sales by email straight from the Delivery tab.

Fixed

AI Dialer call costs display your billed amount

The AI Dialer call log and call detail briefly showed an internal amount instead of your billed amount on some calls. Both now consistently show what you were actually charged.

Fixed

One CPA conversion per caller per contract

A repeat caller can no longer trigger a second CPA conversion on the same contract — each person converts at most once per contract, protecting buyers from double billing.

New

Lead quality scoring

Build configurable scoring models that grade every incoming lead from 1 to 10. Scores can prioritize your dialer queue, gate contracts by a minimum quality bar, and give premium buyers first pick of your best leads.

New

Point-and-click scoring model editor

Author, version, and publish scoring models entirely from the admin — set factor weights and score bands, map fields per vertical, and export or import models as a spreadsheet.

New

Lead quality metrics in the Vertical report

Pivot by any dimension to compare average lead quality per ad, sub ID, or source, so you can see which traffic produces your best leads.

New

Self-serve plans, credits, and checkout

Sign up and subscribe to a monthly plan with included credits, buy credit bundles with volume bonuses, and apply promo codes at checkout. Credits meter usage-based services like call tracking and the AI dialer.

New

Billing portal with saved cards and invoices

Manage your payment methods and view invoice and receipt history from a hosted billing portal. The card used at checkout is saved automatically so auto-recharge works with no extra setup.

New

Automatic credit auto-recharge

Set a threshold and your balance tops up from your saved card before you run out, so usage-based services never pause for lack of credits.

New

Subscription cancel and resume

Cancel your plan with access through the end of the paid period, then resume before it ends if you change your mind. Purchased credit bundles stay spendable after cancellation.

New

Past-due grace period

A failed renewal opens a grace window where everything keeps running while you fix your card, and lead routing is never interrupted. Updating your payment method restores full access instantly.

New

Global search

Press Command-K (or Ctrl-K) anywhere in the admin to jump straight to any buyer, partner, contract, campaign, offer, or lead, with recent pages and quick create commands built in.

New

Take calls in the buyer portal

Buyers can flip an availability toggle and answer live transfer calls right from the portal, with an incoming-call screen pop, disposition write-back, and a link to the live call. Availability, mobile, and portal call surfaces can each be turned on or off.

New

Lead Routing Readiness check

A live diagnostic on the campaign page tells you whether a lead posted right now would route and sell end to end, with a per-gate checklist explaining anything that would block it.

New

Metered billing for marketing sends

Marketing email and SMS campaigns now bill from your credit balance at a flat per-send rate. Transactional traffic like lead delivery and notifications stays free.

New

Public test page for call tracking

Open a shareable test page that loads a campaign’s live dynamic-number snippet, walks through a sample lead quiz, and shows the assigned number, captured tags, and the resulting attribution in real time.

Improved

AI features billed by real usage

AI-assisted spec parsing, field mapping, and data enrichment now bill from credits based on real per-call usage rather than estimates.

Improved

Redesigned system settings

System settings were reorganized into clean tabs with a consistent save experience across every section.

Improved

Unified phone number inventory

Tracking numbers and pool numbers now live in one Phone Numbers view showing each number’s type, what it’s attached to, and when it renews or returns to the pool.

Improved

Signup wizard refinements

Promo codes validate live and show their discount before you subscribe, and signing up with an already-registered email now links the account instead of blocking you.

Fixed

Reliable call connection and failover

Resolved issues where certain provider call events were not reaching our handlers, so bridged calls now complete, bill, and fail over to the next buyer correctly.

Fixed

Whisper-gated calls connect and bill

Calls that require an agent to accept with a keypress now connect reliably and bill correctly even when the caller hangs up first.

June 2026

New

Dynamic number insertion for call tracking

Each visitor to a landing page sees a unique tracking number from the campaign’s pool, so inbound calls attribute back to their exact session, ad, and form answers — with format-matching number swaps, an anti-flicker cloak, and per-page URL filtering.

New

Automatic tracking-number provisioning

Campaigns can keep a minimum pool of numbers warm and auto-purchase more when a pool runs dry, within a daily spend limit. Idle numbers decay back to a shared pool so you stop paying for numbers you no longer use.

New

Advanced call billing rules

Configure call payouts and charges by connect, dial, or duration with per-rule targeting and duration anchors, aligned with how modern call-tracking platforms bill.

New

Prepaid call packages

Sell and buy prepaid call inventory the same way as lead packs, with per-call consumption, call-specific product settings, and subscription or one-time billing.

New

CRM sync for buyers and contracts

Sync buyer, contract, partner, and campaign lifecycle events to your CRM, so records mirror automatically as they’re created and activated.

New

Buyers can edit contract delivery settings

Buyers can self-serve their transfer and backup numbers, delivery schedule, and state filters per contract, with changes taking effect on future routing immediately.

New

Buyers can manage delivery destinations

A contract’s Delivery Destinations view shows where accepted leads are sent — webhook, email, Google Sheet, SMS, or FTP — and buyers can edit their own SMS message body with a live segment counter and merge-field chips.

New

Buyers control the lead-completion experience

From settings, buyers can set the completion phone, redirect URL, and photo or video a partner sees on a sold lead. Recognized scheduling links can render an embedded booking calendar on the partner’s page.

New

Buyer billing self-service

Buyers can pause and resume delivery or billing per contract with clear cross-prompts, upgrade a subscription pack to a larger size, and convert remaining prepaid leads to account credit.

New

Age filtering from date of birth

Contract filters can now compute a lead’s age from date of birth when no age was posted, and date filters support clear relative cutoffs like “within the last 6 months.”

New

Flexible webhook filters

Webhooks can now match on campaign fields and combine conditions with all-or-any logic, so a hook fires only for the exact leads you want.

New

Redeliver a lead to a buyer

Manually re-send a delivered lead to a buyer from the lead detail page, adjusting the request body, URL, method, and headers before re-firing — without creating a new sale or charge.

New

New reports for budget and retention

Added a Buyer Budgets report that projects tomorrow’s delivery targets and daily pacing, plus Buyers by State, Buyer Retention, Sales Exhaustion, and Buyer Login reports.

New

Richer dashboard insights

The admin dashboard gained month-to-date totals with trends, recent orders, recent budget runouts, and a Lead Coverage Risk view showing where you generate the most leads but have the least budget to place them.

Improved

Grouped buyer portal navigation

The buyer portal sidebar was consolidated into clear top-level groups for Leads, Billing, and Account.

Fixed

Returned leads reopen cap slots

Returning a lead or scrubbing a sale now frees the buyer’s daily, weekly, and monthly cap capacity so later eligible leads can route.

Fixed

Manual actions fire all delivery methods

Redistributing or cherry-picking a lead now fires every enabled delivery method on the winning contract, not just the primary one.

Fixed

Reliable Google Sheets delivery

Google Sheets deliveries now append cleanly under the configured columns, even when a sheet has stray notes outside the mapped table.

May 2026

New

Buyer self-service onboarding wizard

New buyers can go from a checkout link through payment into a guided wizard that sets their states, daily cap, targeting, and delivery — then their contract activates and leads start flowing, with no manual setup.

New

Configurable onboarding wizards

Build custom onboarding wizards with per-step questions, delivery defaults, and tier-based gating, and edit them in place while in-flight buyers safely finish on the version they started.

New

Auto-created Google Sheets on onboarding

When a buyer completes onboarding with Google Sheets delivery, a new sheet is created and shared with them automatically, named for the buyer and vertical.

New

SignalWire telephony provider

Added SignalWire as a supported voice, SMS, and number-purchasing provider alongside the existing carriers, with full inbound-call and webhook support.

New

Reusable Google Sheets mapping templates

Save a named column-to-field mapping under a vertical and load it into any contract in that vertical in one click, or bind it to an onboarding wizard to pre-apply it.

New

Tenant-level SMS template builder

Manage reusable SMS templates from a dedicated admin page, with inline merge-field autocomplete that matches the tokens available at send time.

New

Subscriptions management view

A new Subscriptions page lists every buyer pack with an active recurring subscription, filterable by status and billing state, with per-cycle and lifetime billed totals.

New

Platform-wide suppression list

Maintain a global suppression blacklist that applies across every account during lead intake, with optional reference names for context, alongside per-account suppression.

New

Role-scoped user management

Grant operators the ability to manage just one slice of your user roster — for example partner-only or buyer-only — without giving them full admin access.

New

Report time-basis and saved columns

Reports can switch between time of lead and time of revenue, and saved reports now remember which columns you’ve shown or hidden across nine report pages.

Improved

Hardened login-link security

Magic sign-in links are now bound to the requester’s network at issue time, with a configurable policy to step up to two-factor, allow the same network, or reject a mismatch outright.

Improved

Floating save bar across detail pages

Buyer, partner, campaign, offer, and contract detail pages now show a single pinned save bar whenever you have unsaved changes, no matter which tab you’re on.

Improved

Clearer billing and inventory visibility

Buyer packs, contracts, sales, and balances gained end-to-end billing health, funding, and delivery-trace views so operators can trace every charge and entitlement.

Fixed

Empty delivery config no longer fakes success

Leads to a contract with no configured delivery action are now marked failed and not billed, instead of being counted as delivered to nowhere.

Fixed

More accurate cap counting

Corrected cases where daily caps could be misread across week and month boundaries, or over-count after a delivery failed, so contracts stop getting blocked while they still have capacity.

Fixed

Subscription refunds keep unused inventory

Refunding one purchase now reduces only that purchase’s unused leads and preserves inventory from other purchases, with accurate handling for subscription renewals.

April 2026

New

Referral and affiliate program

Run a referral program with tracked signup links, signing bonuses and recurring revenue share, a dedicated referrer portal, commission ledgers, and automated payouts.

New

Coupons and promo codes

Create discount coupons synced with Stripe, optionally limited to first purchase or one redemption per buyer, and applied at public or buyer checkout with a live pre-payment price preview.

New

Clone campaigns and contracts

Spin up a near-duplicate campaign or contract for a different partner or buyer in a click, so you don’t re-enter dozens of fields by hand.

New

Campaign intake quality filters

Set per-campaign filters that either reject low-quality leads at intake or accept them at zero partner payout, giving you a per-partner quality gate before routing.

New

Tiered buyer capabilities

Package lead SKUs into tiers that unlock onboarding-wizard features like age filtering, dayparting, creative filters, and CRM delivery, enforced both in the wizard and on the server.

New

Cherry-pick delivery controls

When manually placing a lead, choose to skip the outbound delivery while still creating the sale, and control whether partner postbacks fire, so you can re-key a hand-delivered lead without double-notifying.

New

Shareable checkout links

Each SKU detail page now shows a ready-to-share checkout URL you can paste into a “Buy Now” button, sending buyers straight to payment.

Improved

Integration reconnect handling

When a connected integration like Facebook, Google Ads, or Google Sheets loses access, dropdowns now show a clear one-click reconnect prompt instead of spinning forever.

Improved

Posting spec organized into tabs

The public posting-spec page for partners was split into Overview, Lead, and Call tabs so they can deep-link straight to the section they need.

Improved

Call-aware submit responses

Lead-submit responses now include tracking-call and dialer phone numbers only when the buyer that bought the lead actually accepts calls.

Fixed

Recovery for slow buyer endpoints

Leads that reached a buyer just after our delivery timeout are now automatically reconciled to delivered instead of being marked failed, avoiding duplicate re-sends.

March 2026

New

Ping-post auction pricing

Fixed-price and real-time ping/post buyers now compete in a single auction, with an optional revenue-per-lead calculator that factors historical conversions so the highest total price wins.

New

Disqualified-lead fallback delivery

Offers can route leads that no buyer accepted to configurable fallback contracts, with their own filters and payouts and separate reporting, so unsold leads still find a home.

New

Google Sheets delivery

Deliver leads directly into a Google Sheet with per-contract column mapping and a one-click create-and-share, including automatic headers and retry on failure.

New

Separate CPL and CPA financials

Leads and calls now track cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition revenue and payout independently, with every report showing CPL, CPA, total revenue, payout, profit, and ROI.

New

Custom drill-down reporting

Build flexible reports grouped by up to three dimensions with expandable rows, rich filters, saved configurations, and a flat list view of the same data.

New

Unified webhooks

Manage postback webhooks at the global, partner, or offer level from one interface, with URL token interpolation, autocomplete, delivery logging, and auto-pause after repeated failures.

New

CSV export for leads, calls, and people

Export filtered or full data sets to CSV from any of the three list pages, gated by permission and scoped to your account.

New

PII redaction controls

Restrict who can see personal data with a per-user access permission and a per-field PII flag, masking names, emails, phones, and more for operators without access.

New

Timezone-aware dates everywhere

All date filtering, reports, exports, and timestamps now use your configured timezone instead of UTC, so end-of-day leads land in the right day.

New

Report date ranges and presets

A dual-calendar date picker with presets like Today, Last 7 Days, and Month to Date was added across all report pages, including reports that previously had no date filtering.

New

Partner portal user management

Partners can manage their own portal users — create, edit, set granular permissions, and reset passwords — and admins can do the same from a Users tab on the partner page.

New

Manage lead routing in natural language

A companion integration lets you search leads, check balances, update statuses, and pull reports by talking to an AI assistant, with setup instructions in the help area.

Improved

Expanded sub-ID tracking

Lead tracking expanded from five to ten sub-ID fields across posting specs, delivery tokens, exports, and the UI.

Improved

Consolidated settings

Settings pages were merged into a streamlined tabbed hub covering lead routing, integrations, messaging, and system preferences.

Improved

Unified API keys

A single API key now works across routing, messaging, and calls with toggleable app scopes, replacing separate per-app keys.

Fixed

Accurate delivery outcome labels

Lead lists now show the buyer’s specific response — such as Duplicate, Buyer Rejected, or Timeout — instead of a generic delivery-failed message.

Fixed

Zip-to-state for geo filters

Leads sent with a ZIP but no state now have their state derived automatically before geo filters run, so valid leads stop getting rejected.

February 2026

New

Call tracking

Route inbound calls with IVR menus, agent whisper, call bridging, and recording, plus tracking-number search and purchase and a buyer portal call view.

New

Email and SMS messaging

A full messaging suite for contacts, segments, drag-and-drop templates, automated flows, and A/B-tested campaigns, with analytics and a public API for pushing contacts and triggering sends.

New

Consent and TCPA certificate tracking

Capture consent on partner lead forms via an embedded pixel and claim TrustedForm certificates on ingestion, with per-partner accounts and consent indicators throughout the app.

New

Partner portal

A self-service portal for lead sources with a dashboard, leads and campaigns, posting URLs, payouts, and settings — with buyer names and pricing kept private.

New

Partner payments and payouts

Configurable payment cycles and thresholds accrue partner balances automatically and generate payouts on schedule, with admin controls to mark them paid.

New

Intake centers and disposition mapping

Manage call centers as first-class entities that bundle delivery configuration and disposition-code mapping, with cascading overrides and one-click cloning across vertical groups.

New

People hub with cross-source dedup

A unified person view groups leads, calls, and revenue per contact, with an engine that prevents duplicate leads for the same person across different sources.

New

Posting log

Every lead POST attempt — success or failure — is now logged with full request and response bodies, viewable in both the admin and partner portals.

New

Short, friendly lead IDs

Partners now see short human-friendly lead IDs in API responses, URLs, and delivery tokens instead of long identifiers.

New

Three-tier custom fields

Define fields at the global, vertical, and campaign level, with campaign-specific fields validated on submission and surfaced in posting specs.

New

Progressive lead capture and co-registration

Multi-step funnels can accumulate data across requests before submitting a lead, and the same details can route to additional campaigns for co-registration offers.

New

Response mapping and delivery testing

Pattern-match a buyer’s HTTP response to a delivery outcome, and test delivery configurations against sample payloads before going live with full request-and-response inspection.

New

CPA postback URLs for buyers

Buyers get a simple copyable URL to fire conversion postbacks without needing API keys, managed at the buyer level.

Improved

Faster, more workable list views

Every list view gained sortable and resizable columns, remembered sort preferences, breadcrumbs, and an advanced filter panel for narrowing by entity, status, and date range.

Improved

Per-record activity history

Detail pages now include an Activity tab showing the full audit trail of changes scoped to that record.
