AI-Native Operations

How much of the platform an AI agent can stand up, run, and watch on your behalf.

17 questions answered

Can the platform be set up and managed by AI instead of an ops team?

Yes. The REST API lets an AI agent work with supported offers, buyers, contracts, campaigns, caps, and reports. The built-in assistant can also help you set up and manage the account. Access depends on the tools and permissions given to that API key or assistant.

Is there an AI assistant inside the platform?

Yes. A built-in AI assistant lets you set things up and ask questions in plain chat inside the admin. Say "set up a new offer" or paste a partner’s posting specs. It pulls out the fields, asks only about what is missing, and applies the setup after you approve it.

Can the AI assistant actually create buyers, contracts, and campaigns, or does it only answer questions?

It can take actions in the platform. The assistant can read the data your role allows and help create or edit supported offers, buyers, contracts, campaigns, and caps. It asks for missing details before it can finish the setup.

Does the AI ever change anything without asking me first?

Every change waits for your approval. The assistant shows you exactly what it is about to do, and no setup change runs until you say yes. Chat transcripts are saved with personal data removed, so you can review what the AI did.

Can the assistant tell me why a buyer stopped receiving leads?

Yes. It comes with nine built-in setup and troubleshooting routines. These include routing checks, lead investigation, and contract and balance checks. You can ask why a buyer went quiet and get back the exact rule that is blocking them.

Can I talk to the assistant instead of typing?

Yes. You can talk to it and it can talk back. The assistant can also move through the admin for you, highlight the exact control it is talking about, and walk you through a task step by step.

What happens when the assistant cannot finish what I asked?

You can reach a person from the same panel. Standard plans open a support ticket. Priority support opens a live chat in the panel. Your chat history comes with you, so you do not start over in a separate help desk.

Can I manage the platform from Claude Code or another MCP client?

Yes. We publish an open-source MCP server (Model Context Protocol, the standard AI tools use to connect to apps) on public npm. With a scoped API key, you can look up core records (leads, buyers, contracts, campaigns, offers, people, reports) and manage routing from Claude Code or any MCP client. The admin has a setup tab with settings you can copy and paste.

Do I need to bring my own AI API key, and how is AI usage billed?

No key is needed. The AI runs on our own platform credentials. Usage comes out of your credit balance at actual cost plus a small markup. It is listed by session and by day, so you pay for what you use instead of a flat AI fee.

Can AI be switched off for my account?

Yes. AI is a per-account switch, so an account that would rather not use it can turn it off entirely and keep running the platform through the UI and API.

Can AI set up a new buyer from their posting spec?

Yes. Share the buyer posting spec to help build the delivery setup. Review the URL, sign-in details, field mapping, body template, and response rules. Test delivery before sending live leads.

Does the platform monitor itself?

Automatic anomaly detection watches routing and volume patterns and looks for the likely cause when something changes. It flags problems like a buyer quietly rejecting leads or a source drying up before a person would spot them in a report.

How quickly would you spot a buyer that quietly started rejecting leads?

Anomaly scans run every 15 minutes. They check acceptance rate, delivery failures, volume, margin, and invalid-field rate. Each is compared with the same hour on your own prior days, in your own timezone. Critical alerts come with a likely cause, not just a number that moved.

Can I version a lead scoring model and test it before it goes live?

Yes. Each scoring model has versions. A version starts as a draft and must be promoted to go live. Versions can be validated, exported, and imported, so a scoring change is checked before it touches routing.

Can the platform forecast revenue or suggest where to change price and caps?

Both, automatically. A seven-day revenue forecast, with a high and low range, is built from your own history. An optimization view ranks specific suggestions, such as a low-margin contract to review or an under-used cap you can adjust in one click.

Can the platform call leads automatically after delivery?

Yes, through an optional AI voice dialer that is billed on usage. It makes several call attempts on a schedule you set, only calls between 8am and 9pm in the consumer’s own timezone, honors do-not-call lists and opt-out requests made during a call, and transfers a qualified consumer live to the buyer.

What does AI-native actually save?

The assistant can help with setup and routine changes. Your team still reviews the work, checks the buyer connection, and tests delivery. Setup time depends on the work needed from your buyers and sources.

Still have a question?

Pricing is one monthly plan plus published usage rates. Use the setup tools and guides. Some buyer connections need custom field mapping or API work.
